A really Happy New Year. I hope that you had a fantastic Christmas or holiday.
In December we ran two Christmas themed round ups/ outfit challenges. Unfortunately, for various reasons, there were a number of posts that didn’t get included. Apologies to those who got missed out, I am definitely going to work on streamlining the whole procedure for the new year so that this doesn’t happen again. These posts were far too good to miss so I thought that I would include them in a new year round up.
Bella from Citizen Rosebud looks fabulous in this striking vintage outfit.
A really beautiful shirt made by Erica of Recycled Fashion using tropical bird fabric purchased from an RSPCA Opportunity Shop.
Jessie of Jessie.Anne.O made this beautiful ring holder for a vegan ladies holiday brunch.
Here is Marcie, Maya and Kia of Care Wear Share in their outfits for a fun Christmas craft party.
As always, I would definitely recommend that you check out the individual blogs for further information and images of outfits and DIYs.
With warmest wishes
Todays DIY and Upcycled round up on Ethical Fashion Bloggers has a Christmas theme. Christmas can turn into an endless round of consumerism but Ethical Fashion Bloggers have some inspiration for how you can be a little more eco friendly and maybe even save some money. Handmade presents also mean so much more than something bought and an upcycled outfit is the perfect way to stand out from the crowd at a Christmas party.
Marcie of Care Wear Share has transformed Geraldine Giraffe into Gerald Giraffe with some homemade couture.
Jean of all Trades has a very stylish upcycled a skirt made from mens pinstripe trousers for her Christmas party outfit.

I am afraid with everything going on for Christmas, I forgot to post about the Christmas DIY round up that was going to happen on Monday. As it is only a few days away now I have decided to extend it to Wednesday 21st December.
So if you would like to participate in the Ethical Fashion Bloggers Christmas Upcycled and DIY round up please post your links in the comments section of this post by the end of the day (whatever time zone you are in) on Wednesday 21st Decemeber.
You can feature any DIY or upcycling project that has some sort of connection to Chrismas perhaps something for a Christmas party outfit or some thing that you have made to give to some one else or even something that just looks festive because it is red or sparkly.
I can’t wait to see what you have made. If you are not already a member of Ethical Fashion Bloggers, you can join us here to participate in this round up.
With warmest wishes
